St. Patty's Day 2011

I wanted to do something fun for the kids to celebrate St. Patrick's Day this year.

I decided I'd make them green pancakes for breakfast and a green theme lunch for them to take to school. They loved it and though it was neat. They looked cute in their "green" shirts so they wouldn't be pinched ;)

Later, we had our BFFs over for a "green" dinner. It consisted of pizza (not green except for the bell pepper on one pizza), green salad, green fruit kabobs, and green Capri Suns. The kids ate it up! So fun! For dessert, we had shamrock sugar cookies that they got to decorate with green sprinkles :)

It was a fun way to celebrate the holiday!

What a fun mom you are! We don't really do anything fun for St. Patrick's Day. I'm going to copy you next year though!
