So with this pregnancy, I was much more aware of my weight gain and I only gained one pound more than my goal. So far, I have lost a big portion of it. This week I have my 6 week post partum visit and plan to hit the ground hard with exercise and really watching what I eat. I really want to be a certain weight and feel confident and happy with my body, but mostly, I want to be able to show my kids a healthy example of good foods to eat and fun ways to stay active.
If any one has any suggestions or input for me, please comment! I love to have advice and tips. I will keep you all posted on how my journey goes and when I meet my goal weight!!

Losing weight is definately a journey...for me I know that if I push my body then I will see results quicker. So I make myself run a certain amount of time or distance and just try to increase each week. It has made a big difference for me.
I lOVE Pilates!!! People even told me I looked taller when I was doing it. Getting started with any excercise is hard it takes me about 2 weeks then I get addicted and can't stop.
You should come to adult ballet with me!!! It's so fun and it builds lots of lean muscle to burn the fat!
Remember that it took 9 months to gain, so give it some time for it to come off. I try to balance my calories, fat and fiber intake a la weight watchers. I don't know that I am one to model after though!
Good luck finding a work out that you enjoy! I like pilates too.
Also, not that I am the one to look like, it helps to make yourself accountable to someone. Like here on your blogs is good. You will do fine. Just be patient.
