Daddy Day 2009

I'm so blessed to have awesome Dads in my life. So this post is to honor them.

First, to my hubby, who works so hard to provide for our family, who comes home happy to see his kids, gets down to play with them, and never complains to change a dirty diaper. :)

Troy loves his kids and wants to give them so much. He is an amazing Daddy! The kids and I made him yummy Banana French Toast in bed and we let him sleep in. At church, Kaedance made him the cutest tie with chocolate kisses on it, that he gladly let her eat. :) He was spoiled by our ward with yummy pie. Later, we spent the evening with our "adopted" family, eating an amazing dinner and honoring all the daddies there. I think (I hope) he had a great day. We love you, Daddy and thank you for all you do!

Next, my Daddy has always been the hardest, most caring, and kind man I will ever know. He loves his family to no end and will do anything for us. He is so proud of his kids and his grandkids. He makes a huge effort to spend time with us that live out of state and my kids cherish when Papa comes. Especially, his only "princess" Kaedance. She is spoiled by him and loves it! He is an awesome Dad, Papa, and Man. Growing up, I looked forward to when Daddy got home and he always made me and my sibilings feel so special. He still does all these years later. I could not imagine life without him. The past year, his health has not been the best, but he always has a smile and always makes me happy. We love you Dad (Papa) !!

I'm blessed to have a wonderful Father-In-Law who is also an amazing man. He loves his kids and grandkids and is so awesome with them when they spend time together. He is there whenever we have a question and is always supportive of us. I wish we could see him more often, but I'm thankful for the time we do spend together and we are blessed to have him in our life's! We love you Papa Carman!

Last, our "adopted" Dad, Randy, is one of the most kind, loving, funny and generous man I have known. Long story short, he has adopted Troy and I and our kids, and treat us like his own and our kids are treated just like his own grandkids (they know no difference). I would not be able to live here with his support and love and the love of his amazing family. They always included us in family events and we truly feel at home when we are with them. Thank you Randy, for all you do for us and always making us feel apart of your family! We are so blessed because of it!

To all the other Daddies I know...I hope you all had a great day and know how much you are appreciated! Happy Father's Day to all those special Dads!

I am kind of partial to your adopted dad myself. Yesterday was fun. My headache is finally gone. We should hand out soon.
