Monday I turned 28. I guess I'm officially in my "late" twenties. Crazy! Anyways, I had a great day minus, our "garage" fridge dying and having to throw out meat and veggies. Guess, that's life. :) I was able to do some shopping the Saturday before and went on a Date Night with my Hubby that night. The day of my birthday, Landon took me to lunch :), went shopping some more (by myself!), had an awesome dinner prepared by my "adopted" Dad, and celebrated with my awesome "adopted" family. I enjoyed getting all the phone calls, texts, and Facebook messages from my family and friends. Thank you! To end the night, my girlfriends/"adopted" sisters took me to New Moon (Yum...Edward!) Great way to end my birthday!
All in all, it was a great day! Not sure if I look forward to 29, might stay 28 from here on out. :)

It was a great night. Edward was delish as usual.
Glad to hear that you had a great day. 29 isn't so bad, neither is 30!
I'm glad you had such a good day. I'm so glad you have so many people down their that love you and take care of you. Sorry I missed you though when I called...I will try and call you again so we can catch up. Facebook and blogging is great and all...but we still need to talk!
Love you!
P.S. I don't think there could be a better lunch date then Landon!
Sounds like an awesome day! You deserve it. I had issues with turning 26 this year... so I know how hard it is to be one year older when you really don't want to BE one year older. At least we don't look our age. And i'm sure when we're a lot older we'll look back at being 26 and 28 and be like, "WHAT were we all upset about?!?" LOL. Oh and I love that you had lunch with Landon. SO CUTE!
